Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

To qualify:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Keep the product and packaging intact, our courier may need to collect it.
- Please note that postage fee is to be borne by the customer.
