At BioSmile, we want you to shop with confidence. While our products are personal
care items and generally non-refundable, we will always do our best to make things
right if something goes wrong.

No Change of Mind Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for products due to change of mind, dislike of taste/texture, or personal preference.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

To qualify:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Keep the product and packaging intact, our courier may need to collect it.
  4. Please note that postage fee is to be borne by the customer.

 

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
